Helping Adult Children with the selling of a love one's home
In January of 2018 Julie's dad passed away suddenly. He lived 3 hours away in northern Minnesota. And. . . . he was a bit of a hoarder. Julie quickly found herself overwhelmed with the task of cleaning out her dad's house making the necessary repairs and then getting it ready to sell. As a Realtor, she knew what needed to be done, she just didn't have and time or resources to do it.
That's why she began assisting other adult children dealing with the same situation she went through. Julie already had a team of contractors and resources in place to help from her years in real estate.
These resources include people to assist in emptying out the contents of the house, cleaning the house, making repairs to the house including plumbing, electrical work, new carpet or flooring, painting and landscaping.
